BOY SCOUT TROOP #151 will be holding a donation drive to help families or individuals who are struggling in the Hugo area to celebrate the 4th of July. The Boy Scouts will purchase perishable food with the monetary donations and provide it to the Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf along with the shelf-stable food donations. Please consider a monetary gift as the Boy Brats · Hot Dogs · Buns · Chips · Pork and Beans Scouts will be purchasing items such as Powdered Drinks (Lemonade or Kool-aid) These items will be distributed with the scheduled pickups From June 22 to July 2. In addition to monetary gifts, we will accept non-perishable food items at our collection event below. The Boy Scouts will quarantine the items for a period of two weeks before they will be donated to the Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf for distribution. On June 6th, the Hugo Boy Scout Troop will be hosting a drive through donation event at the St John's the Baptist Church parking lot located at 14363 Forest Blvd N, Hugo MN. Boy Scouts will be available to collect your financial or non-perishable donation from 9 AM to 3 PM. WE WILL BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACT FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL INVOLVED.
